Do you have the skills to join our professional shopping team?

Our company hires independent contractors to mystery shop new home sales agents. If you enjoy visiting new home communities, now you'll be paid for it! We seek individuals who have daytime flexibility, Monday through Friday. Working as a "mystery shopper," the salesperson should believe you are a serious buyer for one of their homes. Of course, you don't buy a home.

We need individuals and couples of varied ages in several geographic areas who represent one of the following categories:

First-time buyers
Move-up buyers (2nd or 3rd home)
Empty nesters (older couples with grown children no longer at home)
Semi-retired/retired buyers

Mystery shopping assignments are periodic in nature. You may have several assignments in one month, then not receive another for several weeks.

Because our assignments are structured around a sales environment, we must ensure absolute accuracy of what we report. It is a requirement that you tape record the entire encounter. You should know it is not illegal to mystery shop and audiotape a new home sales agent.

LeBlanc & Associates ensures all appropriate waivers are in place before accepting assignments from our clients.

If we accept you as a mystery shopper, we will guide you in such important areas as:

How to act as though you are in the market for a new home
How to ask good home buying questions.
How to interact with the salesperson as he/she attempts to meet your needs.
How to use your recording equipment.
The 'do's and don'ts' every new home mystery shopper must know.
